ElectroMechanical Assembler
Reports to:
- ElectroMechanical Assembly Lead.
Position Summary:
- Assembles product to engineering drawings following written procedures or by applying knowledge of proper assembly techniques. Perform quality checks per testing procedure or under the direction of an engineer or experience assembler.
Essential Job Functions:
- Must be knowledgeable regarding shop and equipment safety.
- Read and comprehend electrical schematics drawings, bills of material, work instructions, and any special mechanical components and pneumatic specifications to effectively and safely assemble and test electrical panels.
- Pull parts per Bill of Material (BOM) in quantities required for production.
- Fits and assembles parts using jigs, fixtures, hand tools, and power tools.
- Verifies assemblies are complete per BOM and assembly drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve assembly problems.
- Communicates with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
- Tests finished assemblies to ensure functional attributes are per specification.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on test equipment if required.
- Exhibit the initiative to assist in the continuous improvement efforts and Lean initiatives of the business.
Marginal/Less Essential Job Functions:
- Clean area on a regular basis (oil, debris, rags, floor, etc.).
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Unpack/pack shipping containers.
- Organize and clean work tables, machines, and machine areas.
- Perform 10-minute shift overlap duties, if required.
- Perform all necessary miscellaneous tasks associated within and outside the department, as defined by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications Requirements:
Training and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED – required
- Vocational education and work experience – desirable
Chemistry:
- Able to work as a team member.
- Must work in a fast paced, changing environment.

Industrial Controls Programmer
- Develop all software programs for a given project. A typical project would include PLC/PAC logic development, HMI screen development, VFD and/or servo setup, etc.
- Must be knowledgeable regarding shop and equipment safety, as time will be spent on the shop floor.
- Analyze written specifications, drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to plan, layout, and develop the software.
- Confer with engineers, technicians, or others to resolve logic problems.
- Communicate with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
- Demonstrate the initiative to assist in the continuous improvement efforts and Lean initiatives of the business.
- A high school diploma and a minimum of five years of experience in an industrial automation atmosphere are required.
- Vocational education or engineering degree is desirable.
- Rockwell Automation PLCs and PACs, including MicroLogix, SLC, PLC5, ControlLogix. Other PLCs and PACs as required, including Omron, Mitsubishi, GE, and others.
- Rockwell Automation HMIs, including Panelview, Panelview Plus, FactoryTalk View. Other HMIs as required, including Proface, TCP, and others.
- All types of motion control, including variable frequency drives, servos, etc.
- Strong PC skills including fluency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with the following is a plus:
- PC programming tools such as Visual Basic, Microsoft.Net, etc.
- Industrial network communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, etc.

Mechanical Designer
- Design and detail mechanical automated equipment for a variety of industries.
- Must be knowledgeable regarding shop and equipment safety, as time will be spent on the shop floor.
- Analyze written specifications, drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to plan, layout, design, and detail mechanical equipment.
- Confer with engineers, technicians, or others to resolve problems.
- Communicate with coworkers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
- Demonstrate the initiative to assist in the continuous improvement efforts and Lean initiatives of the business.
- A high school diploma and a minimum of five years of experience in an industrial automation atmosphere are required.
- Vocational education or engineering degree is desirable.
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, Catia would be a plus.
- Sizing, selecting, and specifying machine components, pneumatic and mechanical.
- Microsoft Office suite.
